1) How do you quote a translation?

- There are 5 essential elements making up a quotation:

2) Do you work with special translation programs?

- Yes, depending on each case. Programs used more frequently are Trados, SDLX and Deja-Vu. Please do not hesitate to contact us for other programs.

3) My document is too short, do you accept small jobs?

- Yes, the volume is not a problem; we accept jobs of any size. A minimum charge is applied depending on the word count.

4) Can I hire your translation, editing or DTP services separately?

- Yes, any of our services can be hired independently.

5) Can you assure that you will maintain complete confidentiality on my documents?

- Each professional working with TTS must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, in order to assure you that your information will be maintained safely and protected before, during and after translation, editing or DTP processes.
